Short journeys are often as expensive as long ones and this applies equally to positioning or processing product. Our answer to cut your travel costs is the MM3 compact gantry unit, a low priced XYZ system.

The X-axis travel is 240mm, the Y-axis 280mm and the Z-axis 75mm; all axes fitted with stepping motors and also a brake on the Z-axis. Each axis is fitted with two limit switches and good repeatability of +/-0.01mm is achieved.

The range of uses of the MM3 is very wide but some of the principal applications are printing, engraving, drilling, milling, glueing, sealing, measuring and checking.

The MM3 gantry system is priced at only £2469 due to it being manufactured from standard components to keep the price low and also to ensure that spares are readily available.
